During my time in India I worked with a Non-Profit AWAM to support girls' education. AWAM is an organization that adopts government schools in the slums of Mumbai and works to create a better quality of education. As I interned with AWAM I realized I wanted to work towards leaving a long term impact. So, instead of teaching their English classes, I worked with the students to capture their stories and gather other data to create a website with international donation capabilities. The pictures below show my time at the AWAM School.
